I thought Id join in the fun as I LOVE raggedy Ann! I have a bunch of them at home and a bunch more at work.. that I forgot to take pics of before leaving there on friday! The ones at work are mostly all gifts from secret pals! These at home are mostly ones that I made! With a few exceptions.
The really sweet one below, I did not make.. but she is one of my very favoritest and also one of the tiniest!

I always loved dolls but for some reason I was never taken by Raggedy Ann. She always reminded me of a scarecrow or a clown. Both a bit scary to me. Perhaps I have watched too many horror movies. Yours are cute, though. Take care, Susan.
ReplyDeletecute..Great collection! It is so fun to see how different all our Annies are! I thought there would be so many of the same and not at all...Great Party...Grace

I love Raggedy Ann. Our children had red hair, so our daughter carried a Raggedy Ann around with her when she was little. And then it disappeared. We found it about a year later in the gutter spout on the house roof. Naughty big brother had thrown in on the roof, and it got stuck there. It was an icky, moldy mess when Daddy found it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection. I just started to collect and make Annie's. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteIrma :)
