april 4th 1981

Today is our 33rd wedding anniversary. Though we have been together 38 years, since april 1977.  I was only 16 when we met.  This was our first christmas together 1977.  I was 17 by the time that picture was taken.  I look like a little baby!    and this is the old folks all these years later!

Lots of years.. lots of good life lived.. no turning back..  its forever and always...   through thick and thin.. good and bad.. and all that jazz...

    happy anniversary, you guys! (I notice the Jethro Tull tshirt. I saw them in Indianapolis in 1973 or 4. Great show!)

    Happy Anniversary!! We will celebrate our 32nd on Oct.15, 2014. We have been together for 34 years. I was 15 when we started dating! We discussed this last month! We have stuck together in good, bad, worst, ugly, all hell breaking loose, and the great times too. We laugh together, we can finish each other sentences, and sometime even think and say the same thing at the same time. Marriage is a marathon not a sprint. Have a wonderful weekend.

    Happy Anniversary to you and your hubby! What cuties you guys are. How wonderful to have been together since you were 16, my gosh!
    Love the Jethro Tull t-shirt - I got to see them at a Free Clinic benefit at the Aquarius Theater in Hollywood (about 68 or 69?) and we had no idea who this guy in tights, with a flute was! And then he started to play and we were just blown away. Chicago was the headliner - when they were still Chicago Transit Authority. I got to see Jethro Tull a second time for the album with the ballerina, name escapes my old brain now. Good times!
    I had glasses just like yours too - mine had brown and pink, lightly tinted lenses - I copied an older woman at my work, who I thought was so cool.
