fluffy stuff

Hi all! My mind is spinning in sooo many directions, i couldnt decide what to post about. I decided on the kittens for today. Tomorrow I'll post about the easter bunny swap!

I'm having the absolute best time with these babies.. they are so lovable and want our attention. When I come in from work and announce that I'm home, they all come running with their cute rolly polly little selfs! they are all over the house now. I was trying to keep them in the kitchen but they are pretty good escape artists.. adn I do believe that their sweet mama helps them! Last night she left them in the kitchen all night, much to my surprise!

I'm just afraid one of us will get up to use the bathroom in the night and will kick or step on one.. Frannie likes to feed them right in front of the bathroom door! So, we're being extra careful. I just dont think I've ever seen anything cuter in my life then 7 little siamese kittens all at once! and whats even better is that they're all mine! well.. and Frannies.. at least at this moment..

Its going to be difficult to let them all go. One of them is still unspoken for. but i havent tried to find it a home. I am truely considering keeping one. though my husband doesnt want me too. anyone want to take a trip to NY and take one home with ya? free to a wonderful home!

Frannie and figgy will have a hard time when they all disappear. They really are the best parents ever. They both follow them and watch over them all the time. This has been such a treat for me! a house full of siamese fun!
OK all, tomorrow I'll officially announce my easter bunny swap, so be sure to come back to check out the details.
see yas!

I have so enjoyed your kitties. I would think with nine cats in the house, your husband wouldn't notice if you kept one if six left!

If only me and the kitties weren't separated by a big pool of salty water... I'd love to meet you and Figgie and Frannie and the babies. And I'd probably leave with the last of the tiny fuzzballs. Guess the man in this house is glad there's an ocean in between LOL!
They're lovely, enjoy them while you can!

Where do get your wonderful music Vivian, I absolutely love it! It goes so perfectly with kitty pictures! I can't wait to see my CB animals felted! Oh my gosh did I ever love your end to V'Day ladybugs! We have such a problem with them here in Ohio - I pick them off my lamps all winter long! Strange I know! Have a great week! E

I told my husband, but he says NY is too far! I had thought you were in PA for some reason...maybe the snow. Geez, I really wish I could get a kitten (my eldest would esp. love this...she's all into Siamese because of the Skippyjohn Jones books). I guess you couldn't airmail her over!

Hahaha- I showed Alex(my oldest) your blog (she just started hers- Piece- it's on my side bar under favorite places), scrolling back showing all about the kitties, and she said that she wanted one, to email you.

So adorable. Eat up this delicious angel time in your life, because it is so wonderful. Lucky, lucky you.

When I adopted a female cat from the neighborhood around my 1st house on Long Island (the family abused her, and she came to us for everything-'til someone shot her while pregnant , and I brought her to the humane society vet where she stayed for 3 months before picking her up on LI driving back to MD to our new house)...I was ready to take her w/all the little kitties inside, and was heartbroken when the nasty neighbor shot her (had lived in an area under gentrification for that 1st house-beautiful old Victorian home).

So I am so jealous, lucky you.

Alex couldn't stop oohing and ahhing:)

xo Lydia (you know that my sister lives on Long Island- where I was raised)hahaha
