do as I say.. not as I do!

yumminess
LOL!! if you want to lost weight, dont eat this stuff! Its really fattening! way too many points. and its stuff that once you start eating it, its hard to stop! Its the kind of things that you eventually end up tossing the knife in the sink and just using your finger.. dip in, scoop out and lick it off! First in the peanut butter, then straight into the nutella!
OH so yummy!!
I have to weigh in tomorrow.. and I can pretty much say.. It aint gonna be pretty!!
do as I say, not as I do!

Looks like a yummy snack, but I can't eat peanut butter any more, causes reflux. Hope your weigh in is good.

See, I developed a habit of putting Nutella on my low fat ice cream...I think I officially canceled out THAT benefit! HA!

I made some VERY naughty cookies with peanut butter & Hershey's Kisses recently. Maybe I'll make some even NAUGHTIER ones with Nutella. Good thing I generally HATE peanut butter AND Nutella - but I like to make and give cookies. See, I figure I may as well make everyone AROUND me gain enough weight that I won't stand out QUITE so much! Sigh ...

Viv! You make us all human with your fun spirit! Boy loosing weight is the pits! No peanut butter? EEK! It's my desert island choice of food. Good luck! E

Hi Viv thanks for the visit over @ Retired in Alaska. Our winters are 9 months long. We live in a banana belt of Alaska however where we have very mild winters compared to say the MidWest and the Northeast. We get very few subzero temps here as we live near the water in the very far south central of the state. Our summers are cool at not over 65 degrees and winters are mild. It's just that they do last a long time.
No calorie counting with the Primal Blueprint way of life. You can drop weight and still eat away no kidding you just can't have grains or sugar, no potatoes but can have yams. I have it on my blog roll Mark's Daily Apple check it out if you want. It's not a diet to loose weight but a lifestyle, the side effect is your excess weight does drop off. Nan
