Quite seriously.. I have been on a binge...
eating.. eating... eating...
everything and anything in sight.. breads, donuts, ice cream, cookies, cake...
pizza and chicken wings..
I dont know what happen to me....
but I MUST STOP THE MADNESS SOONNNNNNN
before I gain all of my weight back!
Its my Roberts 22nd birthday , so I have to eat cake!
and ice cream
and I had to have pizza and wings..
OH DEAR OH DEAR OH DEAR!
This has been going on for a couple weeks though
and I'm really am having trouble getting back under control..
send up a quick prayer for me that I dont eat myself into oblivian!!

I fell off the wagon...
and I have to get back on .
now!
or maybe tomorrow, then I can have one last BIG bowl of ice cream..
with walnuts, m&ms and choc sauce on it!

I'm trying to think of something to help you. . . . how about taking a break from the yummy things and grabbing a bunch of fruit and eating it and drinking lots and lots of water. Do you think that would fight off at least some of the bingeing, if you fill yourself up with fruit and water, and maybe fruit juices, too? Or maybe fix up a quick filling salad that has hardboiled egg in it and a little shredded cheese on it and THEN have the fruit, fruit juice and water????
If I can come up with anything else, I'll comment again.

First of all, I'm an IDIOT because I forgot in the post below to tell you I think your bears are absolutely WONDERFUL! As for the binge eating, don't think so much about gaining the weight. Think of how great you were feeling when you were eating healthy. You are BEAUTIFUL regardless of any 'size' you may be at any given moment! But extra weight FEELS bad 'cause it steals energy, ability to move easily, etc. I should know. SIGH. I want YOU to be able to SOAR, Viv! So I say, "Use YOUR wings & unhand those chicken wings!" LOL!
Boy Viv! And I thought I was messy. LOL!!
Keep those hands so busy crafting and you won't have any free to put anything into your mouth ... why do you think I'm always hand sewing?

Kai's post is right on. Kai, that is a beautiful comment. Definitely, as another person who knows (unfortunately), the excess weight FEELS really bad. It turns you into something that feels like a human paperweight, something that just wants to park itself here and there.
But, also, please don't beat yourself up over a lapse-even kind of an extended one. You haven't messed up that badly and you can jump right back onto your plan and ride your pretty bike. Go biking and revel in the fall colors. And, also, listen to music as much as you can when you're cleaning or crafting or whatever. It will elevate your mood and next thing you know, you will be dancing and not thinking about food. And, drink the water!
