awww!!! my little torry pie has had an upper respitory virus the past couple days. Beth took him to the hospital the other night and they sent him home "fine". and then two days later, (today) she took him to the dr and they thought she was over reacting. then all of a sudden they decided to send him to the hospital by ambulance. 
So off to childrens hospital in buffalo they went. they said he was working to hard to breath. At one point they were ready to send him home and they he got bad again. so they kept him. They have him receiving nebulizer treatments every two hours or at an hour if needed. He is miserable.. they also stuck tubes down his nose to make him couch up crap and to suction him out. they had contemplated putting him in icu, but decided not too.
I had him here all day yesterday and though he wasnt feeling 100% he did not appear to be that sick. So, anyways, please pray that he is back to his old self in the morning and that there is nothing seriously wrong. They are wondering if he might have asthma. praying he doesnt. doesnt he look just pitiful in these pictures? Breaks my heart. thanks for your prayers!

Sending prayers your way. It's scary to see little ones so sick. We've been through all kinds of nebulizer treatments and hospitalizations with Josie and I still hate it every time. Thinking of your family. Please keep us posted.

Oh Torrie Pie, I will pray for you. Please get better and start smiling again. Those sad faces makes your Grammy sad. You have to be so strong when it comes to being a Mom. She knew he wasn't well and thank goodness they figured it out.

Oh, so sorry the little one's sick. That same thing happened to me 23 years ago. Doctor thought I was being an overreactive first time mom. By the time they finally agreed to see my Sarah, the doctor was chewing me out because she was having an extreme asthma attack. Oh, how I wish I had the backbone then that I do now! He was just trying to cover his own butt for blowing me off all day long! But I was just so worried about my pumpkin that I "took it".
I'm glad your Beth stayed her ground and got her baby taken care of.
I'll be praying for him!!!

Oh Viv, I haven't been visiting blogs much this week so I missed this post and I feel so bad. Poor Torry! I hope by now he's much better and breathing easier but I've already said a prayer to God to keep him under his care. You take care, too!
