We've had Willow, our bunny, for 2.5 years, and still have no clue whether she/he is a her/him... LOL. When we got her/him, she/he was still too tiny to tell. I've read all the books, and visited all the websites, but I still can't figure it out. I know. I am a sad, sad bunny keeper :/ ~Linda
We had a cokateil once named Bogus. She laid eggs. SHe would mourn them if we moved them out. We think she tried to lay one and died doing it. Call the vet and ask if that is possible. I don't know if you can do anything to stop them from laying the eggs. Spoil sport I am, a funny post and I ruin it. Sorry. Cute bird.
Hilarious! When I Was Young I Had Three Pet Rabbits. I Thought They Were All Girls And Gave Them Sweet Girlie Names. Guess What..They Were ALL MALE. Not A Girl In The Group. :)) Sending You Some Love And Warm Georgia Sunshine This Glorious Sunday!
OOOOPS! Lol! Maybe Frannie was having false labor last week because your birdy was about to lay that egg!!! HAHAHAHA ... YOUR BIRD KINDA LOOKS PROUD OF HERSELF! She's like, "Look what I did! Top THAT!"
It's fortunate she has a dual purpose name like Buffy, huh? She's a sweetheart. I love her expression in that photograph. Have you ever see pictures of baby parrots? They are the ugliest CUTEST things imaginable! New follower here.

Well let's face it, it's not as obvious as a human being to tell the difference!
Same thing happened to us once with a kitten. We thought we had a sweet little girl, turned out to be a rotten nasty male! haha!

Once I had a bunny named Daisy...later we found out that Daisy was a David...it's hard to tell with some animals!
